| | | How to Make A Purchase | |  | Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and place any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details before being transferred to the HSBC Secure Server.
When you get to the HSBC secure server follow their instructions to complete the sale. Please remember to not use full stops, or comma's in your name. I.E: John L. Smith. Be sure the billing address and the postcode match otherwise the server will not process your
transaction.

If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the U.K, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from GBP to your own currency.
We do not take your money for any item until it is ready to dispatched. Backordered items are not charged until they are dispatched. Backordered items may take up to three weeks, we will e-mail you if it will take longer than two weeks. If this item is urgent please e-mail us and we will do our best to speed things up.
You may send your credit card information over the phone or through the Internet.
