Richard Pell Creative Metal Work Richard Pell founded Creative Metalwork in 1989 with the view to creating a range of artistically biased products specifically geared to the gift market. Richard trained at Wimbledon School of Art and Middlesex polytechnic where he specialised in sculpture using mainly recycled metal.
